User interface design for a geospatial data company, creating an intuitive system to navigate large amounts of complex address and street data for desktop and mobile users.
GeoPlace, a company that maintains extensive geospatial address and street data, faced a significant challenge: how to create a user interface that could effectively navigate a large amount of complex information. This needed to work seamlessly for desktop users, and then be adapted for mobile devices while keeping all its high functionality.

What impresses us the most is that they make us feel like we are their priority.
At Pendulum Design, we began with a comprehensive wireframing and prototyping phase. This allowed us to plan the underlying system architecture and design page layouts for all the available data. Once the wireframes were complete, we applied an "on brand" design to them. For mobile adaptation, we developed smart solutions like collapsed navigation systems and horizontally scrolling tables. This ensured that users could easily access and interact with the data, even on smaller screens, without losing any functionality. We focused on clear data visualisation through graphs, charts, and tablature displays to make complex information easy to understand.

The result is a user-friendly interface that allows GeoPlace's users to effectively navigate their extensive geospatial data. Pendulum Design delivered a clear and functional user interface (UI) design, along with robust wireframing and prototyping that ensured the system worked perfectly across both desktop and mobile. This project highlights our ability to simplify complex data sets into intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
